Lezlie Mearns, Co-Founder, Managing Director, Maxim
  • Your Brand Advantage
    • grow faster
    • increase profitability
    • protect your IP
    • build a sustainable future
  • SME case studies
  • Branding triple bottom line
Lezlie is managing director of Maxim Group which she established with Mary Davy in 1996. Like the entrepreneur she is, she leads from the front, but also believes that everyone in an organisation has a leadership role to play.

It is this attitude and a no-compromise approach to quality that has turned Maxim into one of New Zealand's leading brand agencies. Maxim has a rich portfolio of clients from major corporates, government agencies and SMEs which she believes are the back-bone of the business community.

Lezlie has less than modest expectations for each brand Maxim develops, and that's to make believers of the doubters, convert the cynics, command a premium, bury the competition and achieve immortality.
Elizabeth Rollo, Account Manager, Maxim

Elizabeth is an experienced brand specialist who has worked on some of   New Zealand 's most recognised brands including New Zealand Army, New Zealand Trade and Industry, Kiwibank and DB Breweries.  She has a degree in International Communication, specialising in public relations, intercultural communication and media.

Elizabeth believes that the success of an organisation's brand depends on the people who live and breathe it every day; if they buy into the vision and values and understand their roles in representing the brand, then the success of the organisation is assured.
